  1. The petitioner must have been a resident of Ohio for at least 6 months immediately prior to the filing of this Petition.
  2. Both spouses are over 18 years of age and are not under any legal disability.
  3. Both spouses will be living separate and apart at the time the signing of the Marital Settlement Agreement is executed or at the time the Marital Settlement Agreement is filed with the Court.

  5. The wife is not pregnant.
  6. If either spouse is in the military, that spouse's address is known.
  7. There are no existing court actions pending or currently assigned relating to this divorce and the parties.
  8. If this action involves minor children (under the age of 18) that have been born to or adopted by the parties, the parties are not aware of any past or current proceedings and have not participated in any past or current proceedings concerning the parental rights and responsibilities for the care of the minor children. - AND - The parties do not know of any person who is not a party to this case that claims to be a parent of any minor child the subject of this case.
